Terms & Conditions for zz661 — Bangladesh's Online Casino and Sports Betting Platform

1 Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute about meaning, the English-language version of this document shall be the governing text. No translation of these Terms & Conditions into any other language shall create a separate or superseding agreement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the zz661 platform, a Player must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. zz661 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to the Player's location.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of zz661, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not already hold an active or suspended Account on the zz661 platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• Be registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

zz661 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

A Player who registers using false, misleading, or incomplete information forfeits any Balance, Bonus Funds, or winnings associated with that Account. zz661 shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from the closure of an Account registered in breach of these eligibility requirements.

3 Age Restriction and Verification

zz661 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all Players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all users of the platform regardless of jurisdiction, game type, or transaction size. The platform is not intended for, and must not be used by, persons under the age of 18.

By completing the registration process and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. This confirmation forms a material part of the contract between you and zz661. Any misrepresentation of age constitutes a fundamental breach of these Terms & Conditions.

zz661 operates an age verification process as part of its standard KYC procedures. All Players may be required to submit identity documentation confirming their date of birth before:

• Completing their first withdrawal of any amount.
• Withdrawing cumulative amounts exceeding ৳50,000 within any 30-day period.
• Claiming certain promotional bonuses where age-gated conditions apply.
• Any time the platform has reasonable grounds to doubt the age or identity of the Account holder.

Acceptable identity documents for age verification include a valid Bangladeshi National ID card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence. All submitted documents must be current (not expired), clearly legible, and submitted as high-quality scans or photographs. Partial, obscured, or altered documents will not be accepted.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the zz661 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). zz661 does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though mobile financial service providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their individual fee schedules.

Supported Payment Methods: zz661 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (Bangladesh Post Office mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (United Commercial Bank mobile financial service)

Deposit Terms: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum single deposit, though zz661 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual Accounts for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, the deposit will be credited within 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, the Player should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–15 minutes in normal operating conditions, subject to any applicable KYC verification requirements. zz661 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳100,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted between 23:00 and 06:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) may experience slightly longer processing times.

Payment Method Restrictions: Players must use only payment methods registered in their own name. zz661 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zz661 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and ICC tournaments. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements on zz661 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from wagering entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unused after the expiry date specified in the individual promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice. Real-money Balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• Abuse and Exploitation: zz661 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has attempted to exploit a promotion through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple Accounts, or other abusive behaviour. Determination of abuse is at zz661's sole discretion and such decisions are final.
• One Welcome Bonus per Player: The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate claims will result in the bonus being voided.

zz661 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the change, provided the Player is acting in good faith.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

zz661 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. All games on the platform use certified RNG systems supplied by independently audited providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance and winnings:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any action on the platform that a human player would otherwise perform manually.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void and will be removed from the Player's Account.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live casino formats.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of criminal origin through the platform. zz661 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by zz661.
• Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts in breach of the One Account Policy described in Section 2.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the zz661 support team or other Players in any communication channel.
• Providing false, forged, or altered documentation during the KYC verification process.

zz661 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is identified, zz661 may freeze the affected Account, place a hold on pending withdrawals, and conduct an internal investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. Players subject to investigation will be notified via the email address associated with their Account.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Either the Player or zz661 may initiate the closure of an Account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-Initiated Closure: A Player may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, zz661 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Players wishing to exclude themselves for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the self-exclusion provisions on the Responsible Gaming page, which offer additional protections not available through standard closure.

zz661-Initiated Suspension or Closure: zz661 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — an Account with no login for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. zz661 will notify the Player via their registered email before imposing any dormancy charge or closure action.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third party acting on their behalf under the platform's responsible gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring the closure of the Account.

In cases where an Account is closed by zz661 due to a breach by the Player, any Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. zz661's determination in such cases is final, though the Player retains the right to raise a formal dispute in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz661 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime during maintenance windows or caused by third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any loss of data, including Account history, transaction records, or game session data, resulting from technical failure, cyber attack, or force majeure events beyond zz661's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings attributable to a Player's own internet connection issues, device failure, or power outage.
• Any financial loss incurred by a Player as a direct result of gambling on the platform, including losses from individual bets, sessions, or cumulative play over time. Gambling inherently involves risk and Players accept this risk when they choose to play.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if zz661 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits zz661's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The zz661 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While zz661 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Players are advised to ensure their devices are protected by up-to-date security software.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the zz661 complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or dispute resolution bodies.
